Order Processing & Shipping
We take pride in our package design and processing. Items are handpacked and secured with the appropriate material. Orders are processed and shipped from Dallas, Texas within 1-3 business days. Customers will be notified of any out of stock or delays regarding processing or shipping. Shipping time is based upon the carrier method, size and customer location. We utilize UPS, FedEx and the USPS, depending upon what the customer selects upon checkout. If customers are offered promotional free shipping, we use USPS as our carrier.
Weekends & Holidays
If orders are placed on weekends or holidays, they are packaged and processed the following business day. Shipping time is dependent upon shipping method, size of packaging and location. Customers will receive a confirmation email when their package has shipped with appropriate tracking information. Please contact the carrier for shipping delays such as inclement weather or seasonal traffic.
JoodleJack PartyCo. does not provide international shipping at this time. However, we are planning on providing this service in the near future.
Lost in Transit or Stolen Packages
Shipping insurrance is available upon checkout. We encourage customers to take advantage of these carrier services upon selecting the shipping method. Packages that are lost or stolen in transit are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your carrier with the appropriate tracking information to inquire. Packages stolen off porches etc. are the responsibility of the customer. JoodleJack PartyCo. advises that a home owner, neighbor, etc. be present upon package arrival.
Damaged Packaging Upon Arrival
We reccommend you purchase insurance your order upon checkout. Insurance fees are calculated based upon which carrier is selected. JoodleJack PartyCo. is not responsible for damaged items in transit. However, please email [email protected] and notify us of the issue. In addition, please contact the carrier if your package is damaged for any reason. When your package arrives, please inpect the shipping packaging carefully. We reccommend photographing the package prior to the customer unboxing the items. Be sure to photograph the shipping label as well as all sides in case you need to file an insurance claim with the carrier.
If your package is missing any items, please email us immediately at [email protected]. Please include your first, last name and order information along with details realting to problems with your order.
At JoodleJack PartyCo. customer experience and service is everything. We want you to be more than happy with your order. If something isn’t right, please reach out and let us know. We will work with you.
If the goods you purchased aren’t what you want, we will issue a full refund for returns received within 14 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unused and in the original and undamaged packaging. Shipping costs will be at the responsibility of the customer. Clearance items, custom products, seasonal/holiday merchandise, and final sale items are not returnable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be considered and you must notify us first for approval.
If you received a promotional discount or free shipping on your order, that amount will be deducted from your return.
Your credit/refund will be issued within 1 to 2 weeks from the time the goods are received. Refunds will be issued to the original acount.
